Shipping times are the days it takes the Post Office to deliver your order after it has been prepared (see preparation and fulfillment times).

FOR ITALY:
DELIVERY TIMES BY POSTE ITALIANE: Delivery takes approximately 3 - 10 working days, deliveries also possible on Saturdays, excluding holidays: times start from the working day following shipment. For each shipment there will be two delivery attempts. If in both cases you are absent at the delivery, you have eight days to collect the shipment at the post office indicated on the notice left by the courier or postman (Saturdays are included in the 8 days). Close to holiday periods (Christmas, Easter, August Bank Holiday, etc.) or adverse events, shipments may suffer delivery delays due to heavy traffic on couriers. Deliveries may also be delayed in the event of heavy snow or other natural events that prevent the normal transit of goods.
