If you are not sure whether you will be present when the courier arrives, you can have the package delivered to a commercial establishment of your choice, indicating closing days, at your workplace, at your neighbor, at a service point near you (indicating address well). We do not deliver to PO boxes.
All shipments are monitored and traceable. For each shipment there are two delivery attempts. If you are absent in both steps and do not collect the package, the shipment will return to the Headquarters. In these cases, the costs of storage and return to the headquarters are charged to the customer. The cost of a possible return is charged to the customer.
It is not possible to request a precise delivery time, not even a telephone appointment for delivery. No deliveries are made to floors. The Courier does not call before delivery (except in exceptional cases and at my request). It is not possible to indicate at the bottom of the order to "leave the package outside the gate" (ie unattended). If you are sure you are not at the address provided at the time of the order, to collect your package, provide me with an alternative before the order is processed, to avoid unpleasant misunderstandings or stocks.
It is not possible to modify or change the shipping address once the order has been sent and entrusted to the Courier, for any indication on the matter call or write to me.
In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address (such as a different name on the intercom than the one indicated for the shipment, a wrong post code, etc.) the goods will be returned to the premises and the cost of a possible reshipment will be charged to the customer plus the cost of any stock and the cost of returning to the office.
I remember that close to the holiday periods (Christmas, Easter, August 15th, etc.) or adverse events, shipments may suffer small delivery delays due to heavy traffic in couriers, or due to staff reduction. Deliveries may be subject to small delays even in the event of heavy snow or other natural events that prevent the normal transit of goods. Deliveries may be subject to small delays even in the event of sudden industrial unrest at national level which negatively impact all logistics operators.
I do not accept and in case I reserve the right to cancel requests made by the Customer directly to the Courier without having requested my approval.
